Reasons why i’m happy with how my parents raised me

- No religion was ever forced on me.

- No opinions were forced on me.

- My mother talked to me about contraception from the age of 13, and made sure I knew I could talk to her about having sex when I wanted to.

- She told me what abortion was and let me see it from EVERY point of view

- When I was little she told me about gays and explained to me it was completely natural

- She made sure I knew that if i was gay, I could come out and be accepted

- She made sure I knew that if I got pregnant, I could decide what was best for me

- She taught me how to make my own decisions, and accept the decisions of others.
